even with noprogs, people (teachers) want to reset it.  on the 85, "xmem"
(the name of the prog) was still very experimental, and it still didn't
work up to capability.  it would only work w/ a reset "mem" and not with
all... for some tests, teachers remove all batteries and return it to you
the day of the test.  BTW "xmem"would only work once.... if you reset the
calc, did the trick, then reset it again, it'd totally crash, losing that
valuable cheat info.
