You'll never get it out by May 15th. The best way to schedule it is WHEN
IT'S DONE.

I've written magazines before, and you're not going to get what you want.
You're going to do it all by yourself at first, with maybe one or two to
help. I know that's a dismal outcome, but that's my experience. After you
get established enough, you may possibly get up to 10- max. I may write
for it, but I gotta set up a schedule for it at first.
