If you include a feature like that just remeber to store the current
setting as soon as your program is started. Then make sure that every time
you exit the contrast is set back to that. From what i have seen on the
ti85, Thomas is not right. If you set the constrast to any minimum you
wont see any text no matter how good your batteries are. I check the
source for some of the bbest games on the ti85, and they use this method
for fading and it looks great !
