New Years Status Update

As the new year should start on the last parts of the globe in about 30 minutes, it's about time for a quick status update. - Hiring of news editor
We're working on it :-) Down to a few candidates now, but we're currently waiting for a couple of our staff members to return from holidays before we make the final choice. Expect the result in the beginning of january. - Filearchive updates
Yes, both our filearchivers are unavailable at the moment - out of town or very busy with studies. We expect this to be solved mid-january. Hopefully we can get some sporadic updates through before that. - accounts/webmaster mail
Yes, we've neglected those. Basically, there have been issues as far back as end of september that has gone unanswered. We'll try to fix this now. But in order to avoid double-work, if you have an open issue, please resend it if you haven't received a response. And make sure you send to the correct address - see Contact Us for a list. - help@ticalc.org mail

OMG, okay, here's the story...
I found out this really mean kid's account/password at my highschool (well, he's not really mean... well, yeah... ah, n/m), and anyway, he was going to change it, but I told all of my computer-liking friends and we all got on and flooded his account with these text documents saying "YOU'RE STUPID!" We could get in so much trouble, but it was amazing, he's going to be so pissed... anyway, he thinks I h4xx0r3d to get his password, and then the best part was when one of the teachers caught us... and he laughed! That was so amazing! Oh... okay, you would have had to have been there to appreiceate it. Oh, nothing turns me on more than screwing with someone's sch00l account (that was a sick pun) lol

wow, you're stupid? thats it? Man, I would have put stuff on his desktop that would get him banned from computers for the next 2 years, and I wouldn't have been caught, cuz I would do it in the library, and my librarians wouldn't know the difference from dling a virus, and opening word, they are so computer stupid. But it is still cool that you did that... wish I could get passwords... Plus, we log on with the student id number, which is like 8numbers long, so I doubt i could memorize some one elses... I forget mine, and I login everyother day...
