TI Releases ROM v1.15 for the 83+
Posted by Nick B. on 26 August 2002, 05:52 GMT

OS 1.15 has magically become available for the 83+. We're told that this version adds two features: TI-keyboard support and improved support for the CBL2 on the Silver Edition.

If either of these things apply to you, or you complusively need the latest and greatest thing, visit the TI store and select the appropiate subsection.

I need WinRar Now!
BearMan04

Hey, someone please send me the WinRar. Get it from Download.com and email it to me. I now know how to get it into a zip file from the schools computer!

What's the point of someone downloading something and e-mailing it to you? Either way you have to download exactly the same amount of data... actually, more, since you have to run your mail prog or go to your web mail site or whatever...

IF YOU CAN CHECK YOUR E-MAIL, STOP TELLING US TO DOWNLOAD THINGS FOR YOU! E-mail = internet access = download it YOURSELF! bleeaarrgghhhhh!

I am confused. Does your school computer also have a way to transfer files to your calc?

...

my internal troll alert is now begining to function again.

he's saying he needs someone to download WinRar. Earlier he said he HAS WinRar and he USES IT ALL THE TIME. THEN he said it 'gets corrupted' on his computer. Now, he can DOWNLOAD & READ e-mail, but apparently NOT FILES. Someone care to explain? BearMan04: How many personalities do you HAVE?

Does anybody know where I can find some good programming tutorials on the web? I want to learn asm programming but I don't think that is covering in the TI manual. Correct me if I'm wrong...

You should try searching in ticalc's archives. I'm pretty sure that there are a few.

I don't know what calculator you are looking to learn assembly for, but http://guide.ticalc.org is a great site for Z80 calculators, specifically the TI-86. My opinion, learn basic first if you don't already. Oh, you are not the only girl, I know of at least one more! I will admit they are rare.

Yeah. I have to agree with him. In order to really get a grasp of Asm, you gotta know just about everything there is to know about Ti-BASIC. Otherwise, you wouldn't know what you're doing. S'not like we actually know whether you've already mastered it already.

I might have some info on what you're looking for!

The TI manual doesn't cover Asm programming. I'm also looking for Asm material. I know quite a lot of contacts if that's what you'd like to know. Including websites. Email me at:
