Happy New Year
Posted by Henrik on 1 January 2002, 01:24 GMT

The ticalc.org staff want to wish all our supporters and fellow TI sites out there a very happy new year.

We've had some problems during 2001 but hopefully 2002 will turn out to be a better year for all of us. There are still some pending files that have to be processed but we are working on that and hopefully pace will pick up now after the holidays. Mail to the filearchive staff and to the help staff is not backlogged.

Happy New Year!

What would be the purpose of connecting a guitar to a TI-86??? other than sheer pointless entertainment value.

Washington.

w00t! I'm installing Windows 95 into VMware under Linux. If VMware turns out to be as good as I've heard it is, I can finally wipe the FAT32 partition from my system.

FAT32 is the partition type for Windoze 9x/ME, which is what I have installed on one partition.

The other partition is Linux.

VMware isn't as fast as I'd hoped. I think I'll give it more RAM...

Half an hour...

Yeah but what if he travels near the speed of light for several earth decades? Then he won't be too old to eXPerience the next one...

Then again, there isn't anything special bout a palindrome year. The dating system is rather arbitrary.
