Hello.
I have a VERY VERY old web browser.
With this, I can't access any hosted site :
Shows message "No frames, Uh? etc..." and then go back to home page.
OK, don't tell me to upgrade. Please. Please.
How about a nice link-based list of sites with no annoying redirections ?
Also, whenever I kick the "Back" button, the previous page scrolls up to the top and I have to manually scroll down again.

Read my lips : *Don't tell me about upgrading*
It is an acceptable answer to tell me that this site is not designed for people like me.

Apart from that, this site is good, really !
(quit with nasty discussions / flames...)

Hmmm... frames have been standard equipment in browsers for a long time. Go to the above address (click on Web Page) and download something. If your machine is really old, try "Opera" at the same URL.

I suggest you type www.ticalc.org/top.html
About the frames, you can select items from the menu (even though tedious)

I use a VT420 monochrome terminal hooked up to an OpenVMS or LynxOS (I'm not sure wich) server. The browser is Lynx v. 2.14 or something.
With nothing but text and text links I have been able to move around this page fairly decently. Just get used to having to take a lot of time to go through framed pages. I don't know what to do about the pages being reset to the tp though.
See if it is your server, or upgrade to the next version of your browser (like from v. 1 to 1.1 or something, not 1 to 4.04). There is bound to be a low-version browser similar to yours that will allow good surfing.

Ticalc.org actually does a fairly decent job of making their sites available to text browsers in general.

I think he can get to the ticalc main page, since he 1) knows about the hosted site, 2) he posted a message and 3) he got the no frames message from ticalc's index page.

If you go to the URL linked above, you'll go to the list of all the hosted sites.
