Description

This program computes the Wilks coefficient for power lifters. Great for weight lifting classes have a measure that places more emphasis on absolute strength rather than relative strength. Enter in the weight of the lifter and the total amount lifted on the bench press, deadlift and squat (all units are pounds) and the program will output the coefficient as well as the normalized weight. Enjoy!
