Title Metroid II: Evolution v.1.02
Description This game features many items from the original metroid like the morph ball, the bombs, the wave beam, etc, fake walls, destroyable blocks, full of secrets, awesome graphics, many traps, animations, several areas to explore (over 250 maps) and many things that will make your adrenaline increase to insane proportions while playing (lava that keeps rising while you attempt to make your way to the top of the room by jumping on platforms, difficult bosses, traps and many more). Recommended for TI-83+SE, 84+ and 84+SE, altough it works on a 83+ as well!

I breathed a sigh of improvement as I saw how much better this version was than "Metroid I". It had better better graphics (including grayscale), more weapons, more enemies, more secrets, etc

Controls: 8/10 There is a lot of delay between switching screens so it is hard to time your jumps when jumping onto a platform one screen above you. Using the [Up] key instead of [2nd] or [Alpha] for jumping also takes some time to get used to.

Graphics: 9/10 Samus is good for 8x8 and the bosses are good, too, but the enemies' sprites need improvement. It also gets confusing when Samus is hit by an enemy because it displays both sprites as one.

Gameplay: 8/10 Hard to kill enemies since you have limited range and they need more than one shot to kill. It is also bothering that you cannot switch directions without moving. Enemies always reappear in random places, causing you to continuously load until the enemy reappears at a spot that does not kill you in an instant.

Other: 8/10 It is a pain in the neck to constantly archive and un-archive specific programs in order to play other games in your RAM and to save the game from random Resets. But, although there are are a ton of programs, it is easy to find the ones you need to archive/un-archive, because of the good naming scheme (AM30 vs AM3).

Overall: 8.25/10.0 Good program, lots of improvements, but I still think it needs some usability modifications.
