Title One-Dimensional Collisions
Description This program solves head-on (one-dimensional) collision problems. It will also handle “explosions” in which one object breaks into two pieces. This is a considerably revised version of collide(). The previous program required initial values as input and calculated final values. Collisun() allows entry of either initial or final values, or almost any combination of initial and final values. Although any system of units can be used, all quantities must be expressed in the same system of units. Entered values and results can be edited for use in another calculation. All solutions are copied to the home screen.
