Title	Encryption and Word Wrapper
Description	This encryption program is completely invulnerable to Caesarian cryptanalysis, and is invulnerable to frequency analysis. It uses a key of random modifiers to alter the ASCII values of the text one character at a time. Al characters are supported, so you can use any symbol you want. The plaintext string or stringvar entered will be erased when finished, so you have to remember not to delete the key. Duh. The ciphertext and key list are both locked after they are created.
