I have not used this program to its potential yet, but I was pleased that someone had made a converter from decimal to IEEE 754 floating point and vice versa for the TI83/TI84 plus. This seems to convert correctly from my brief experience, however, a little supporting documentation on how you are meant to read the result would be most beneficial. Maybe the author will spend a few minutes to type up an example of how to use the program output.
