Description	If you are having problems installing TiLP in Windows (the program is asking about glade and libxml2 dlls), try installing this program. It installs the required dlls (that aren't included with the GTK+ or TiLP installers) into the TiLP directory. I have not tested it extensively; however, if the install program doesn't run, you can always just copy the two .dll files into your TiLP install directory. Source code is available upon request. Please read the README file before running the program!
