Description	This program is the first useful program ever released by prgmPIRATES! This program covers most conversions between degrees and radians, and between those two and decimals. It will also find the refernce angle for any angle input in degrees. (Due to programming limitations, it is not able at this time to find the reference angles of radians. I apologize for any inconvience this may cause.) This program is also Mirage OS compatable.
