Although this isn't a game, it helped me a lot in developing levels for “Phoenix.” I was trying to find the tools to compile “Phoenix” levels for awhile, until I found “Perfect Compile.” This has all the tutorials, such as .bat and .asm files, that anyone could need to make their own Phoenix program. Just use this as a complement to “levels.asm” in the “Phoenix” source code, and you're set!

Usefulness: 10/10
