This is essentially a slimmed-down version of “Chessmaster 83” - reduced in size by ~50%. As noted in the readme, a number of less-important features have been removed, such as CPU vs. CPU, extra chess sets, the “see CPU think” feature, and contrast-changing from within the program. Additionally, a "new game" bug has been fixed.
In short, all of the important features are still there, it's a smaller file now, it works on all flavors of the 83, and it's still great! |
