Graphics: 9/10 Very good for a calculator.

Gameplay: 8/10 Good and simple, but the battles only allow to fight, no magic commands

Storyline: 7/10 A little basic

Replay value: 8/10 You’ll not play more than three times

Overall: 8/10: The standard in TI-RPG. You should try it because it is a very great classic!

“Joltima” feels uncannily like “Pokemon.” It's also really, really, really hard. That said, the game is amazing, with beautiful graphics, fast code, and breathtaking battles a lot like “Final Fantasy 1.” From the various whiny articles proclaiming the decline of the TI communities, I've gathered that this really is a remarkable calc classic. Sure the file is huge and the readme is snotty, but there are a heck of a lot of people who loved this game, so shut me up and download this masterpiece!

Joltima is an on-calc original that has long been a mainstay of TI gamers. Ported to a variety of calculators (Including this one) is has been immensely popular. I've had it on my calculator for a long time, and it's still fun to play now and then.

The gameplay of Joltima feels like a classic GameBoy RPG. It has a unique system for where you can see, and the scrolling is really smooth. It even has a decent replay value, as I've played through it about three times. It lasts a while, and the overworld is quite big. The only complaint is that there isn't enough detail, but it's still great.

I highly recommend you put this on your calculator... You won't regret letting it take up that space. Despite a few small flaws, it is highly enjoyable! It's a must-have.
