Blink, a TI 86 Assembly Game by Matthew Landry and ported by Andreas Finne, part of TCPA, is a new semi-3d version of Lights Out.

If you have no idea what Lights Out is, take some time to read this paragraph; otherwise go to the next paragraph. Lights Out is a game where you are given a board of square lights. The object of them game is to turn all the lights off, but it's not that simple. As you try to turn other lights on/off, other lights also change!

TCPA used the basic idea of Lights Out, but instead of random lights turning on and off, when a light is selected, all other lights surrounding the one chosen inverses (changes) colors. Black represents a light that is on, and white indicates a light which is off.

Blink allows you to pick what level you want to start at. There are 40 levels that you can try to conquer! No matter which level you choose though, you only have 25 moves to turn all the lights off! I have never beaten a level becuase I always run out of moves. SHAME! Oh well, practice makes perfect. Don't get mad if you can't beat a level because this game is certainly a challenge.

You also have the option of loading a saved game, which might come in handy sometimes if you need to turn your calculator off for some reason and you want to come back to your game later on. I haven't used this feature yet though since I get confused if I leave a game and come back to it later.

The keys work just fine. They have great response and it's easy to see which block you are selecting.

Overall, this game is fun and probably will stay on your calculator for a while seeing how it's challenging and good for when you have a lot of time on your hands.
