Attention span: 9/10 This game is very addictive. Controls: 10/10 Just fine. You only use < and >. Implementation: 9/10 Looks good except title screen. Overall: 9/10 Very good game. Download now.
X-Ball is a game for TI-83 Plus ION. You are a ball and you try to get to the end of a maze. The ball is constantly in motion in an up-and-down motion which cannot be stopped. You must pick up the matching blocks before you get to the end. To get a block, you just bump into it.
After you get the block, you have to find the other matching block, which is usually somewhere near it. Once you get those matches, you get the next set and the next set, until you get the last set and complete the level. If you pick up one type of block, then another different block, you lose one of your 3 lives. Some blocks cannot be broken, and you will recognize them. These are there to let you take a break and survey the screen to see which blocks you have to collect.
This game has easy-to-learn controls, which are very basic. You use the arrows to move your ball left and right around the screen. You have a choice of 3 speeds, with 1 being the fastest.
X-Ball is very addicting. I downloaded it, expecting it to be a bad game I would delete in 2 seconds, but I found myself playing it for 45 minutes, and then I still didn't delete it. This is an awesome game and is worth a download. |
