Since ticalc.org is an international site, with the server located in Sweden,
we have naturally chosen to use GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) as the time to be
used in all references to dates or times on the site. GMT is the world
standard "offset zero" timezone. Also, GMT does not have any adjustment
for Daylight Savings Time.
